1. Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Kotel Jerusalem, we currently do not ship any physical products. However, in the future, donors may receive a token of appreciation in the form of Judaica items such as a Tehillim book, Mezuzah, or amulet, which will be shipped exclusively within the United Statse. Shipping Terms (When Applicable in the Future)

• Shipping will be limited to the United States only.
• Processing and delivery timelines will be provided when shipping begins.
• No international shipping will be available.
• Any restrictions or limitations on specific products will be outlined at the time of the donation or purchase.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At Kotel Jerusalem, we respect the sanctity of Judaica items. Therefore, we do not require the return of any items, including those received as part of a donation or purchase.

• Donors and buyers are eligible for a full refund upon request, with no need to return the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund requests should be submitted via email to thekotelisrael@gmail.com and will be processed within  10 business days.
