About
For thousands of years, Worshippers from all over the land and the world have come to Jerusalem, the holy city, with deep devotion and longing to pray and receive spiritual inspiration at the one place in the world where the Divine Presence has never departed — the Western Wall, the remnant of our Holy Temple.
The World Prayer Center at the Western Wall was established to serve people from all over the globe who wish to be true partners in supporting those who pray and study at the Western Wall throughout the year.
The organization supports hundreds of children who visit the Western Wall, acting as faithful messengers, praying for all those who seek their prayers.
The leaders and members of the Kotel – World Prayer Center are full partners in acts of unparalleled kindness, including::
- Holding memorial services and reading Mishnah
- Offering online prayers and blessings for every request – for healing, success, matchmaking, peace in the home, and livelihood
- Placing prayer notes at the Western Wall on your behalf
- Special prayers and personal blessings for IDF soldiers and security forces
- Universal hospitality
- Lighting a candle at a holy site and offering blessings at Mount Zion, at the tomb of King David, may his memory be blessed
- Offering birthday blessings at the Western Wall
- Promoting world peace for all religions and advancing the coming of our righteous Messiah.
From any point in the world, you can feel connected to us and request anything your heart desires, and we will be your messengers at the holiest place in the world.
“Behold, this one stands behind our wall,” behind the Western Wall of the Holy Temple, which the Holy One, Blessed be He, swore would never be destroyed…
With blessings from Rabbi Ephraim Ben Tzvi
President of the Kotel – World Prayer Center
The goals of the organization
Support for yeshiva students and worshippers at the Western Wall, who engage in frequent prayers and offer blessings to all who request, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, as it is written: “It is a tree of life to those who hold it, and those who support it are blessed”.
Providing assistance to as many children as possible from underprivileged families. Organizing Bar and Bat Mitzvah ceremonies at the Western Wall and giving Tefillin, Tallit, and prayer books as gifts.
The organization works to promote closeness and unity among all segments of the people and religions – both in the land and worldwide.
